A smallish 2 bedroom bungalow in Essex turned into a large stylish chalet house with a sun trap balcony. The fun part was the garden! We were given carte blanche on design in the garden. We formed a new boiler room and outside toilet, kiddies play zone and BBQ chill out area with kitchenette and workshop/shed to the rear.
