Mr & Mrs T of Putney
Our task was to remove the top floor completely including all existing ceiling joists, raise the ceiling height up and form a new 2nd floor to include 2 new double bedrooms and bathroom. The first floor was to be re configured to form a new ensuite and walk in wardrobe to the master bedroom, remove the existing staircase to the loft and form a new larger double bedroom. The family bathroom was ripped out and renewed.
