In 2011 we bought a 7 bedroom Victorian house that had been lived in by the same family for over 20 years, it needed a lot of serious TLC and modernising throughout, including complete re-wiring and re-plumbing. The survey didn't really show the true extent of what needed doing until Andy and his team got stuck in and started to 'unbuild' our house before putting it back together again.
From day 1 we got on brilliantly with Andy and his team, one of the main reasons for this was that the channels of communication were really open, we spoke/emailed/texted everyday and all parties were happy for us to be on site at least once a week. We had to make a lot of decisions along the way and throughout the process Andy gave us options, amended plans and updated us on any budget implications.
The team Andy put together to fulfil all the trades were also great and allowed us to get our dream house completely sorted - on time, only 20 weeks in total and on budget.

We chose Andy and his team as we needed a custom built desk and reception area and couldn't find anything suitable at all on the market.

We had an awful lot of things to fit into an incredibly small space and Andy spent a lot of time with us getting the design just right for our needs. Opticians do not have access to many companies that supply office furniture for our unique retail/medical profession. We have files that we struggled to find filing cabinets for and Andy came up with a design within our receptions to incorporate them perfectly. Also we have many contact lenses that we stock, previously the receptionists were constantly having to leave the desks unattended to get them for patients, now we have an amazing storage area within our desks designed to house our vast lens stock.

We have been really happy with all the work that's been done and 10 years on it's still going strong!
